It is imperative that the Editor continue to be usable at all times. They say people judge you within five minutes of meeting you and you can seldom change that. The same goes double for web sites. Reputations are made are lost within 30 seconds or less and with a web page they will never, never come back to give you a second chance.

As we discussed earlier all changes and testing should be done out of public view. I for one will be willing to help test beta versions for you with my limited needs - just ask.
