A minor update to the Equation Editor

New Feature

• When you type an open bracket, we automatically add in the close bracket. If you now also type in the closing bracket (perhaps out of habit) then we just move the cursor to the right.

Bug Fixes

• Forum button correctly links to new page in IE

Following buttons are corrected to work as expected in IE and Firefox
