A "document" bug

but why?

This blocks certain words to prevent people hacking our service and crashing the server. While 'document' may seem harmless, used in an appropriate way it can allow people to get upto all sorts of tricks - hence why its blocked.

That said, I think we do need to review our approach. We shouldn't block any words, instead we should convert them into a form thats harmless.
