More info about the image

Hi, Is there a mechanism for getting additional info about the obtained image? For example, I would be particularly interested in knowing the location of the "baseline". Thank you very much in advance, Sam

We're working on a system of encoding the baseline offset into the gif image. This is a trial system that we're bringing in gradually in order to ensure that its robust.
