Buttons dissapeared in v3.0b
Hi everybody.

I have noticed that in the new editor there are less buttons than in previous versions, at least in the default skin.

I.e. the "Color", "Text size" and other format edition buttons have gone away.

Could I make anyway that the new editor have all the previous buttons? I think that our last version was 2.99.

Thanks and best regards.

Hi,

There are currently two standard versions of the editor toolbar. One with a single line of buttons; and a second with the full list of buttons that we've always had.

In the full form; you should see everything, particular the Color (on top row) and Text Size (bottom row).

Are you able to send a link that demonstrates the missing bits.

Will.

Hi. Thanks for your answer.

How can I change between the full form and the mini form? Is it a parameter or I must install another sources?

I have the toolbar added to a FCKEditor inside a test LMS server (Sakai), I would have to register your mail if you want to see it.

Your test editor (http://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php) has a similar aspect that the mine.

Regards.

Hi. This is perhaps a design mistake on our part. The editor remembers the previous design selection in a Cookie. So to reset you can do one of two things:

  1. Delete your browser cache
  2. load the browser with design=full at the end of the url, as in http://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php?design=full

Shortly there will be a new option on the right of the editor; that allows you to change the design at will.

As you're using the FCKEditor; you should also know that a new version is being released this evening. In this version the latex coding with ... and \[ ... \] has been removed.
