please connected to the web

Thanks for the program. It worked for a few weeks - now I get the messsage "please connected to the web" when I try to render an equation. I've checked, and nothing has changed with respect to our connection to the web. The connection is active.

We did a complete reinstall of our system over the weekend, this component is now installed in a different location. We rectified this problem, so hopefully it now works.
