Drawing Benzene Derivatives

I am exploring the use of Online LaTeX Equation Editor for drawing different types of chemical equations and formulas.

Is it possible to use this to draw carbocycles / benzene rings? How?

Currently this is no chemical equations support, though we did looked at building a chemical equation editor a little while back. The main issue we faced was how to build the interface/toolbar to actually make it easier for authors who didn't know the necessary latex.

Thought or suggestions would be appreciated and we should continue this work
