Update - v2.1.3.2 (RC2)

This minor update corrects errors reported with Excel 2003 on Windows 7.

There are no long any known issues with this Excel Render for either Excel 2003, 2007 or 2010.

Please report any installation or startup issues that you experience. Thanks to new error-handling that we've implemented, we can now more quickly identify the causes of problems.
