New User: etoktar

Toktar received the BS degree in Informatics from Positivo University in 1996, Curitiba, Brazil. Graduate Specialization in Network and Distributed Systems from Pontifical Catholic University of Parana (PUC-PR) in 1999, and the MS degree in Informatics from PUC-PR in 2003. Since Oct. 2004, he has been a PhD student at University Pierre et Marie Curie (PARIS VI). Currently, he is an independent Consultant on Government assessment area. His interests include distributed operating systems, and computer organization and researching on service management frameworks and architectures for networks.
