Software components that are still under development reside within CodeCogs as projects. Projects have restricted access and you can only view the source code if you have been invited to join the project by the coordinator. To raise your interest with the coordinate use the 'Email' button at the top of each project page.
Using the browser on the left, you can view all the project that currently exist on CodeCogs. To start you own project, simply submit code and classify it as a 'Private Project' in the licensing section. Then when you're ready to take it live 'published' it. Anyone wishing to join your project must make a request to you through email. So long as you remain the owner of the project, you can remove people from the project or add any others that you would like to involve.
