Blogger latexIt.php

Hi, I'm trying to use the instructions to add the codecogs javascript/php as a gadget to blogger but I'm finding that it's breaking blogger. When it runs, the equation is shown but all text after the equation disappears as well as all of the sidebars. This is also true for the example http://codecogs.blogspot.fr/. Do other people see the same problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

We don't use blogger frequently and this script is a little old. I suspect Google have changed their page is some way that now breaks this - though our script is designed to be fairly independent of the site upon which is resides.

If nobody else can help us fix this; then I'll try to get around to it later next week.

We'll finally had some time to look at Blogger. There is a minor bug that prevents dollars and backslashes being used, but that aside everything seems to work well for us.

Are you able to send a screen shot with your particular problem perhaps a before and after shot? In the mean time we'll allow dollars and backslashes to be escaped.

Thanks for looking at my problem. I'm sorry but I haven't had a chance to see if it works although I will try when I can.

We've been notified of another error with missing rendered equations within Firefox.

The latexit.js script has been updated, which corrects a fault.

All should be good :)
