The following standard designs are available:
|Design Name||Graphical Illustration|
If you're launching the editor within the browser or through a hyperlink, then append to the URL either ?design= followed by the design name, e.g.,
If none of the standard designs are suitable, then a bespoke toolbar can be developed from the component pieces using a more complex definition for design.
The elements of the toolbar must be selected from the list below, with each element separated by a comma ( , ), with each row separated by a vertical line ( | ), and toolbars to appear above or below the input <textarea> should be separated by a colon ( : ). For example, the definition for the full toolbar is:
This has three toolbars above the <textarea> and one below. The first line contains: 'urc,col,fn,ex,hi,fav,i', etc.
The token for each element of the toolbar is listed below:
|urc||Undo Redo Clear|
|i||Link to Wikipedia LaTeX page|
|for||Foreign symbols panel|
|sub||Sets and Subset panel (statistics)|
|ace||Wide Accents panel|
|gel||Greek lower case panel|
|geu||Greek upper case panel|
|format||Format for rendered equations: gif, png, pdf, etc.|
|font||Font for rendered equations|
|size||Size of rendered equations: small, large, etc.|
|dpi||Dots per Inch of rendered equation: 80,100,120, etc.|
|bg||Background for rendered equation|
|inline||Inline and Compressed options|
This list forms the current base set. Virtually anything can be constructed quickly, so please submit the LaTeX behind panel you would like to see in the forum below. The panel buttons can be any size. Though, in general, they should be fairly small and contain only a few symbols.
