The function cerf () is the complex version of the error function,

$erf(z) = \frac{2}{\sqrt{\pi}} \int_0^z exp(-t^2)\ dt$

The function cerfc () is defined as cerfc(z) = 1-cerf(z).

The function names are reserved for future use in C99.

Not yet in glibc, as of version 2.4. Link with -lm
